Refund policy

Every Paper Street Art piece is printed to order on high-gloss acrylic, so each order is produced just for you.

Because each piece is custom-printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We stand fully behind our quality. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email support@paperstreetart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll reprint and reship it at no cost, or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged piece.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change it before the piece enters production, and we're unable to refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
